Bertha Nwadike joined the Goldstein Immigration Lawyers family in late 2023 as a Client Experience Specialist. She has accumulated 5 years of experience in Customer Service, and working as a Customer Service Specialist is her passion. She derives joy from assisting and providing support to clients with their complaints, requests, and inquiries. Bertha has previously worked in the Banking Industry in Nigeria, where she excelled as a Customer Care Specialist. She boasts an excellent record in managing diverse communication channels such as Live Chat, Social Media, Emails, Phone Calls, and Telemarketing.

Growing up in Nigeria, Lagos, Bertha graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University with a degree in Banking and Finance in 2018. To unwind, Bertha enjoys visiting the beach or catching a movie. She also finds pleasure in staying informed by reading articles and news on Twitter and CNN to stay updated on global events.
