We are seeking a talented and motivated Legal Writer to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing, with a preference for experience in immigration law, particularly family-based cases. As a Legal Writer, you will play a crucial role in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing support to our attorneys.
Job Title: Legal Writer - Immigration Law
Location: Remote - Outside the US
Salary: USD Monthly
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents related to immigration cases, including petitions, briefs, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Assisting attorneys in case preparation, including gathering supporting documents and evidence.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the accuracy and quality of written materials.
- Staying updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal writing.
- Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with remote work and proficiency in remote communication tools.
