Job Title: Client Advocate Specialist
Must-Have Interviewing and Writing Skills
Location: Remote - Outside the US
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)
Salary: USD Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote client interviews with empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Gather relevant information from clients and must display excellent writing skills to prepare accurate and compelling affidavits.
- Draft clear, concise, and persuasive affidavits that accurately reflect clients' experiences and circumstances.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs are addressed and their voices are heard.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and other team members to review and finalize affidavit packages.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and affidavit preparation activities.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to client advocacy and affidavit preparation.
- Participate in remote training sessions and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client advocacy, social work, journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft compelling affidavits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients remotely.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Access to a laptop, headset, and reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Tech-savvy person, with a flexible mindset.
