With 5 years of experience in customer service, Zulueta’s skills and expertise have made her a valuable asset to our Receptionist team. She possesses a high level of motivation, a calm and friendly demeanor, and a strong drive to excel in her role.
As the first point of contact for our firm, Zulueta is responsible for answering and forwarding calls, screening inquiries, and scheduling appointments. She approaches her duties with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Zulueta’s commitment to personal and professional growth is evident in her pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Law. Her passion for learning about different cultures and her interest in the legal field led her to join our successful Intake team at our immigration law firm.
