Insaaf Antullay
Insaaf Antullay joined the firm in August 2024 as a Client Experience Specialist and quickly demonstrated her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and leadership. In recognition of her outstanding performance, she was promoted just one month later, in September 2024, to Director of Client Engagement. Continuing her upward trajectory, Insaaf transitioned into the Billing Department in early 2025, where she now serves as the Billing Coordinator and Collection Specialist.
Insaaf brings a diverse professional background, including a successful career in sales within South Africa’s short-term insurance industry. In 2017, she and her husband launched a thriving business in the motor industry, specializing in vehicle accessorizing and styling. Over the past seven years, she has adeptly balanced business management with raising her two children, a son and a daughter.
Known for her strong work ethic, compassionate nature, and entrepreneurial spirit, Insaaf excels in every role she takes on. Whether building client relationships, leading engagement efforts, or ensuring accurate and efficient billing, she brings precision, care, and a commitment to excellence.
