Faghmeeda Benjamin
Faghmeeda Benjamin joined Goldstein Immigration Lawyers in January 2023 and has continuously demonstrated her dedication, compassion, and versatility within the firm. Initially serving as a highly valued Legal Assistant on the Immigration Delay Litigation team, she transitioned to the Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Assistant. In recognition of her outstanding contributions and commitment to employee support, Faghmeeda was promoted to HR Generalist in March 2025.
Bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and legal administration, Faghmeeda is known for her empathetic approach and her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Her international work experience in countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada has given her a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse cultures.
Passionate about mental health advocacy, Faghmeeda is an active supporter of individuals facing challenges such as depression and anxiety. As a motivational speaker in her hometown of Cape Town, South Africa, she uses her voice to uplift and inspire others.
