She started her journey as an Intake Specialist, where she was responsible for guiding clients through the initial stages of the immigration process and helping them make the decision to hire our firm. Her kind and empathetic approach, combined with her extensive knowledge of the immigration process, has been instrumental in building a strong rapport with clients, which has helped them feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.
As Victorina progressed in her role, she was promoted to the position of Intake and Sales Manager. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing the entire intake process, as well as managing the firm's sales efforts. She is dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to improve the process and make it more streamlined for clients. Victorina has been actively involved in building out technology to assist her team in being more efficient.
