Florencia Giay

Florencia Giay joined Goldstein Immigration Lawyers in March 2022 as a Legal Assistant for the Immigration Delay Litigation team. In this role, she provided support to the team with administrative tasks, prepared lawsuits, and communicated with clients, overseeing the entire litigation process for our clients. She was promoted to Senior Legal Assistant in October 2022, where she assisted attorneys with complex legal tasks and supervised the work of other legal assistants.

In April 2023, Florencia was promoted to the role of Case Manager and is now in charge of the operations for the Immigration Delay Litigation department. She supervises the team, including the customer service department, and ensures smooth functioning of the department's activities. Her strong leadership skills and previous experience in legal assistance make her an integral part of the Goldstein team.
