Our ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent people skills and strong writing abilities.

We use various online tools (e.g., Google Workplace, a CRM, Ring Central, Zoom, Slack, our case management system) to do our work efficiently, so you should be comfortable with tech. Ideal job seekers will be incredibly organized and manage case files. If you are an effective communicator, and a great teammate who is a natural self-starter this might be the job for you.

Legal experience is not required. English fluency is a MUST. Another language proficiency is a plus.

Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in international relations, human rights, or immigration issues.

Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote position.

Client Experience Specialist - Spanish and English Speaker (Remote)


  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management, including meeting deadlines, billing, and providing reminders as necessary
  • Coordinate between attorneys, staff, and outside vendors to manage the law firm’s caseload, present case summaries/updates, and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Assist the attorneys in writing legal drafts
  • Organize and maintain all case files, and information concerning engagement, in accordance with the law firm's policies
  • Review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements
  • Consult with attorneys and provide recommendations with regard to cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client’s goals
  • Organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
  • Facilitating meetings between clients and attorneys;
  • Be part of the training/onboarding process for new employees
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends
  • Collaborate with other Legal Assistants
  • Other responsibilities not mentioned


  • Fluency in English (oral and written) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Administrative experience is required!
  • No experience in Immigration is required.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, PDF Processing software, and other systems (training available).
  • A candidate must be able to work independently and be a detail-oriented multi-tasker.
  • A candidate must have the ability to prioritize and organize work and must have the capability to understand, speak, read, and write in English fluently.
