Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department 💻
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews 👩💻 👨💻
  • Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks Manage the onboarding process for new hires 🌐
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases updated ✅
  • Handle team members’ inquiries and provide excellent support to them
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs ✨
  • Other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (oral and written) 💫
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (not disqualifying)
  • Proven experience in recruiting global candidates 🖱
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices 👩💻
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Passionate about supporting team members and fostering a positive work environment 🙌
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 🤩
