Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department 💻
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews 👩💻 👨💻
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct pre-employment screenings and reference checks Manage the onboarding process for new hires 🌐
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases updated ✅
- Handle team members’ inquiries and provide excellent support to them
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs ✨
- Other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (oral and written) 💫
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (not disqualifying)
- Proven experience in recruiting global candidates 🖱
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices 👩💻
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Passionate about supporting team members and fostering a positive work environment 🙌
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 🤩
