Position Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Contract Attorney to provide expert legal services on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in discovery and post-motion filings. This role requires exceptional legal acumen and excellent communication skills.
Job Title: Contract Attorney with Post-Motion Filing Experience
Location: Remote
Salary Range: Competitive hourly rate of $45 - $55 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft responses to Motions to Dismiss.
- Assist with Lawsuit reviews and Post Motion Fillings reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
