Yael is working with the Immigration Delay Litigation team at Goldstein Immigration Lawyers.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Yael was an Equal Justice Works Fellow at the International Refugee Assistance Project, where she developed in expertise in resolving delayed immigration matters. Yael received her B.A. in History from Yale University in 2015. In 2020, Yael graduated magna cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and received the Telford Taylor Award for outstanding achievement in the fields of constitutional law and human rights. Yael is passionate about helping immigrants navigate the complex and increasingly hostile immigration system.
