Selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer, Eric Averion is an Associate Attorney at the Boston immigration law firm of Goldstein Immigration Lawyers.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2007.

During college, Mr. Averion held leadership positions in the Harvard Philippine Forum, and he regularly participated in events held by the Harvard South Asian Association.

While at law school, Mr. Averion served as the President of the Boston College Asian Pacific Americans Law Students Association, was a founding member of the South Asian Law Students Association, and was an active member of the Latin American Law Students Association.

Before joining Goldstein Immigration Lawyers as an immigration attorney, Mr. Averion performed his clinical work with the Boston College Immigration and Asylum Project and assisted on two successful cancellation of removal cases for clients from Cambodia and Liberia.

Originally from the Philippines, Mr. Averion is a naturalized U.S. citizen who understands first-hand the anxiety involved in the immigration process, and he will work hard to find a solution that fits your needs.
