At t Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, we view an immigration consultation as a two-way exchange of information. We need basic information from you, so that we can accurately analyze your immigration situation and recommend a plan of action.

To help us gain a complete understanding of your immigration case, we ask that you bring every single piece of paper that is in any way related to your immigration matter. The more documentation that you show us, the easier it will be for us to figure out how to help you. If you are not sure whether a particular document is important to bring to your immigration consultation, then just bring it in. Leave nothing at home!

Criminal Dispositions

Any ANY! appearance in any criminal court anywhere in the world could limit your immigration options. Even if your case happened many years ago or was dismissed or was for a minor offense, we will still need to closely review documentation from your criminal case. For each criminal court appearance, please obtain a court-certified final disposition showing all docket sheets.
